Replacement of the Hansard Production System and The Journal

Office of the Clerk (OOC) is seeking to procure a fit for purpose solution to replace the existing Hansard Production System (HPS) and Journal. Hansard is a near-verbatim report of what politicians say in the House of Representatives and The Journal is the record of the events and decisions made in the debating chamber.

The replacement solution is envisioned as a framework of integrated but not interdependent systems, including the events database (Parliamentary Business System), Content Management System (CMS), Metadata Management, Editing Tools and Workflow Management.

OOC intend to approach the market in June/ July 2022 via an open, two-stage tender process.
