Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) seeks a qualified civil construction contractor to improve stormwater drainage capacity in the drainage reserve connecting McGregor Street to Milson Line.

Scope of Work includes:
1. Earthworks
2. Environmental/stream management
3. Construction of low concrete and timber flood walls
4. Relocation of services

Contractors must have expertise in excavation, drain laying, and wall construction, with access to necessary machinery and experience working in narrow sites near residential properties.
