Overview

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide PCO with additional legislative drafting and related support services. This is particularly to assist in managing peak work flows and new measures to implement PCO’s role of stewardship of New Zealand’s statute book period and address the challenges identified in PCO’s Performance Improvement Framework review.
