Overview
This is a request for expressions of interest (EOI) for the supply of building services for the fitout of the offices of The Parliamentary Counsel Office in Wellington. The EOI will enable the selection of a shortlist of suppliers who will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal that will be issued in May 2016.
PCO are based in offices at The Reserve Bank, 2 The Terrace, and as part of the ongoing refurbishment of this building by the landlord PCO are refurbishing the layout of our floors (Levels 12 and 13) so that it better supports the organization. The Reserve Bank is undertaking the Base Building Works on the floors and the PCO will then carry out its refurbishment works on the cleared floors.
