Overview
This RFI seeks information about available rostering tool features, services, after sales support, experience and indicative high level, budgetary costs to inform our requirements and business case approval.
We are interested in understanding tools that can provide the following capabilities in a rostering solution:
• Roster generation in a 24/7 multi shift environment that includes permanent, part time and casual kaimahi
• Resource management
• Employee profile management & access
• Interfaces with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) and SAP S/4Hana Cloud (FMIS)
• Reporting
• Data privacy
• SaaS
