Oranga Tamariki is seeking a technology solution capable of meeting its current and evolving requirements to support relational, inclusive, and restorative social work practice and contribute to improved outcomes for those tamariki and rangatahi and their families who come to our attention in New Zealand. Fit for purpose technology solutions will support social workers with key capabilities like core record management, case management, and workload assignment/management. The focus of this procurement is on choosing the right technology or technologies. A registration of interest is expected to be released at the end of January 2025, which will provide further context for the capabilities needed and information about how prospective technology solutions can demonstrate the ability to directly or indirectly (through supplementary technologies) meet critical business needs.
