Oranga Tamariki wishes to identify supplier(s) to provide a cloud based Expense Management System (EMS).
Oranga Tamariki introduced Incidental Expenditure Payment Cards to frontline social workers) in 2018 as an improved way of providing incidental and emergency support to our children in care.
Now that the payment cards are well embedded within Oranga Tamariki, we are looking to improve the management of these cards by implementing an EMS.
We require a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) EMS that will make coding of expenses easy for front line staff, and will provide detailed data on spend for audit and performance reporting.
This ROI is the first stage in a two part procurement process, shortlisted respondents from this ROI will be invited to participate in an RFP process which will include a system demonstration.
