The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a painting project for the Exterior Painting of a number of buildings at the OPNZ Campus in Waterloo, Lower Hutt.
It is envisaged that the project will be conducted over a ten year period with the successful Respondent being required to paint one building per year.
Ideally the contractor’s painters will be competent workers familiar with the techniques specified and with the Resene Paints coating systems.
OPNZ is looking for a reliable contractor who has a proven track record within the industry and who can deliver value for money for the duration of the contract.
