The Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives (the Office) will shortly issue on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS), a request for quotes (RFQ) for the supply of new high definition cameras (including new high definition lenses) for the Chamber in Parliament House, Wellington, New Zealand.
The RFQ process will include an opportunity for interested suppliers to view the Chamber and current camera locations. Guided visits of the Chamber will be held on:
• Wednesday, 11 July 2018 2:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. or
• Thursday, 12 July 2018 9:45 a.m.-10:15 a.m.
Interested suppliers will be requested to let our contact person know if they wish to book a place on a Chamber visit. The RFQ will specify the closing date for visit bookings.
This is early notice to facilitate interested suppliers’ participation. No response to this Notice is required.
