PASAI would like to invite suitably qualified professionals to apply for a Master Services Agreement 02 that is based around a need for services centered upon providing advice to SAI’s on their Independence and Legal Framework.

Selected consultants will be expected to assist Supreme Audit Institution’s within the Pacific to consider the institutional legal structure available for the SAI’s operations so that an understanding can be developed on how effectively the SAI can perform as an organisation. This will be achieved by carrying out assessments on the legislative structure of various SAIs within the Pacific region based upon the areas identified within the Performance Measurement Framework as follows:

- SAI-1: Independence of the SAI
- SAI-2: Mandate of the SAI
