NZTE is seeking an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that any of our employees would be able to access as and when required. We are also seeking online resources and information that our employees can access.
In particular, we are looking for credible, internationally capable respondents who have:
1. global reach with a strong network to call upon
2. expertise and evidence of providing seamless service to customers
3. top notch service level including close management and scrutiny of their own third-party suppliers
4. single point of contact for the contract manager to raise issues
5. innovative solutions with digital options
6. any additional services to enhance the requirements set out in the RFP
7. robust privacy policies in place that comply with all applicable privacy laws
