NZTE is the New Zealand government’s international business development agency. It works with around 4,000 New Zealand businesses through its network of 50 offices worldwide.
NZTE currently utilizes legacy Video Conferencing services comprised of Lync PC’s and Polycom units, Video Conferencing units or a mixture of both across 32 Countries in 54 meeting rooms.
The services to be provided under this RFQ:
• Provision of a cloud-based video conferencing solution that will deliver high quality video conferencing services to all required NZTE sites.
• Assistance with deployment of the solution.
• Technical and End-User Support of the solution.
Please note:
• NZTE has 50 sites around the world, the solution is not required to be NZ hosted as quality of solution is of high priority.
• The cloud based solution must have appropriate International points of presence.
• The user experience is of high importance; non-technical end-users should be able to use this solution with no/minimal technical training required.
• The solution should where possible and optimal utilize existing hardware (TV’s and Microphones/iPads etc).
