NZTE AX Dynamics FMIS Solution, Implementation and Support

What we need
NZTE is looking for an implementation partner to:
i) facilitate a successful upgrade/re-implementation of our current Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 financial management information system (FMIS) to the latest version, Dynamics AX hosted in Azure; and
ii) assist with subsequent upgrades and continuous improvement of our FMIS and related business processes.
We will considr dedicated solution providers’ AX add-ins from appropriate vendors, as well as full AX solutions or a combination of the two. NZTE is open to a collaborative submission between two vendors if this delivers a fuller solution.

What we don’t want
An on-premise solution - we operate globally and wish to leverage the economies of scale that Cloud-hosting offers.
Unilateral work over collaboration - we aim to utilise the out-of-the-box (Vanilla) AX FMIS, configured optimally for our purposes. Once implemented, we require our administrators to be self-sufficient at ongoing configuration of AX and any add-ins.
A customised system - a customised system will complicate Vanilla upgrades Therefore, we will absolutely minimise any customisation.

What’s important to us
A complete understanding and proven experience of implementing Foreign Exchange triangulation is a pre-condition. It is absolutely vital to the functioning of our FMIS.
NZTE is looking for experienced providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to collaborate with us on standing up and utilising a Vanilla Dynamics AX in Azure FMIS. They need to have a great track record in the management and implementation of:
• Cloud-hosted systems (if applicable: accounting systems)
• Microsoft Dynamics AX R3 (or later) systems
AX Dynamics API relationship must be pre-established where an add-in solution is preferred for a system enhancement.
