REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Web Proxy Replacement (RFQ)

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) invites you to quote for the supply of a replacement for existing proxy services with traditional and enhanced capability that complements NZTE’s mobile domestic and global user demographic as set out in the attached statement of requirement (Statement of Requirements).

Your proposal in response to this RFQ should contain the following:
- a brief summary of your knowledge and capacity to deliver each aspect of the Statement of Requirements;
- responses to all questions asked, and all information requested in Part A; and
- confirmation that you accept the legal terms of the Draft Contract or, alternatively identification of contractual terms which, if amended, could provide a commercial benefit to NZTE and an explanation of that benefit.

Your proposal must remain open for consideration and acceptance for a minimum of 60 days after the closing date. Once submitted a proposal is irrevocable, and may not be withdrawn or modified except with NZTE’s written consent.

By submitting a proposal you warrant that all information provided by you to NZTE, in or in relation to your proposal, is complete and accurate in all material respects.
