This is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration of Interest for the' Specialised Creative Suppliers' Closed Panel of Suppliers
for Tourism New Zealand.
This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. Following evaluation of submissions, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to present in person a full proposal in response to an example Brief. This document deals only with the first step i.e. the ROI process.
Tourism New Zealand’s mission is to increase the value of international visitors to New Zealand.
The digital marketing strategy of the 100% Pure New Zealand campaign now includes sequential targeting and global partnerships. This is driving the requirement for fast turnaround, high quality branded content for digital campaigns and the newzealand.com website in FY17. This rich moving and stills content is developed centrally by the Brand team using the current Brand Guidelines and used globally by the Marketing team to target the Active Considerer audience in the priority markets.

Tourism New Zealand is looking for creative suppliers who have demonstrated ability to deliver good value, high quality content and can work within the 100% Pure New Zealand Brand Guidelines.
Suppliers need to a have track record in producing creative content in New Zealand for the relevant categories at lower cost levels than traditional creative suppliers, and with efficient turnaround.
Experience and capability in developing creative for mobile formats is important.
Suppliers who have experience in producing rich high quality creative content in the following categories should bid; cycling, mountain biking, golf, walking and hiking, winter sports, wine, food and the backpacker segment. Experience in creating rich content about New Zealand culture and arts, the film industry, business events, corporate incentives and the luxury sector is also relevant.
