Detailed design is expected to complete in May 2025, and we are seeking to appoint a highly competent, NZTA accredited Independent Certifier (IC) and a Contract Administrator (CA) under NZS3910:2023 to provide construction contract management services.
We are seeking suppliers that can demonstrate with evidence their capability to:
• Review and provide input to the draft and final Tender and Contract document.
• Support procurement of a construction contractor from one of the two shortlisted contractors who provided constructability input during the design phase, by participating as an advisor to the tender evaluation team.
• Administer the Construction Contract, fulfilling roles as the IC and CA as defined under NZS3910:2023 during construction, and
• Work closely and constructively with the NZTA Project Manager, the Contractor, the designer providing surveillance and quality assurance services and any other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project.
