Overview
NZTA has a Local Road Asset Management Agreement (LRAMA) with Marlborough District Council (MDC). The agreement requires NZTA to manage the MDC Parking Portfolio. This includes the enforcement of Stationary Vehicle Offence Infringement Notices (fines) in accordance with the Legislation and MDC Parking Bylaw.
Marlborough District Council is seeking qualified tenderers to undertake Parking Enforcement Services, including issuing infringement notices, in the Picton and Blenheim urban areas.
