You are invited to attend a joint Additional Waitematā Harbour Connections/Auckland Light Rail Consultants’ Market Briefing.
Waka Kotahi, Auckland Light Rail Group and our partners, Auckland Transport and Auckland Council would like to share the procurement process and next steps for the projects with parties interested in providing services for the upcoming business case phases.

The briefing will be held from 3pm-4:30pm on Wednesday 27 April (NZST) via Microsoft Teams.  This will cover:

• Procurement objectives
• Procurement packaging
• Urban, Engineering and Planning procurement
o Scope (Auckland Light Rail/Additional Waitematā Harbour Connections)
o Process steps and timeline
• Other procurement package timelines
• Next steps

If you wish to attend, please email idris.jones@nzta.govt.nz by 9am Tuesday 26 April (NZST) with the names/roles of all those attending from your company. We request that attendance is limited to two persons per organisation. Please inform us during registration if you don’t want your details shared on the open register.

Please note that participation in this market briefing process is not compulsory for the future procurement process. Participation or not in this session will not impact the ability to participate in the tender process for the Auckland Light Rail or Additional Waitemata Harbour Connections projects in the future.
