Waka Kotahi is seeking to improve its delivery of maintenance and operation services on the Wellington State Highway network.
This procurement process provides separate opportunities for Primary Contractors and Primary Consultants to demonstrate their capability and capacity to be selected to be a part of the Wellington Transport Alliance.
Primary Contractors
The first stage of the procurement process is a Registration of Interest (ROI) for Primary Contractors. Only Primary Contractors pre-qualified to Prequalification 1A, 2A, 3A and 4A will be eligible to submit a ROI.

Primary Consultants
A separate procurement process is planned for Primary Consultants. The procurement process for Primary Consultants will be via a separately release RFP, planned for commencement mid-July 2021.
Suppliers interested in participating in the Primary Consultant procurement process shall register their interest by sending a letter confirming their intention to participate in the Primary Consultant procurement and nominating their contact person for all communications. to tenders@resolvegroup.co.nz
Industry Briefing
An industry is planned for Friday 25 June 2021. Only Primary Contractors and Primary Consultants who have confirmed their Nominated Person will be provided an invite to this industry briefing.
