Overview
As New Zealand’s lead regulator for land transport, our purpose is to ensure the system is safe, effective, efficient and functions well for everyone in New Zealand. In this opportunity, we are seeking
• A supplier(s) who has experience in comparable regulatory organisations and will use that experience to help us evolve our regulatory processes and supporting systems.
• Preferably, technology that provides a cloud based, reusable platform with existing configurable and extensible functions that provide customer relationship management, case management, user portal and business process management capabilities. Confirmed technology will be determined through this procurement.
