Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is seeking through the Advanced Notice mechanism registrations of interest from suitably experienced suppliers wishing to tender for the role of Principal Technical Advisor for Penlink. This project is part of the New Zealand Upgrade Programme.
Specifically, Waka Kotahi is seeking a supplier to develop an updated reference design, cost estimate, business case addendum, provide RMA planning support and procurement documentation (including minimum requirements). The supplier will also administer and provide technical inputs to the procurement process for the subsequent implementation phase.
Joint Ventures (JV) are permitted to tender, however both JV parties will be ineligible to tender as part of any implementation phase alliance consortia for this project if successful.
Final tendering of the contract will be by invitation to suppliers registered through this Advanced Notice process. Subsequently the tender will not be re-advertised publicly.
