As part of the New Zealand Upgrade Programme (NZUP) Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is excited to bring 3 projects to market as part of a consolidated Advanced Notice mechanism. Through this process we are seeking registrations of interest from prequalified and experienced Constructors (and where appropriate their designers) to deliver the following projects:
• SH1 Papakura to Drury South (M&V with lump sum elements across three separable portions)
• Tauranga Northern Link (Design and construct), with open consideration for an alternative contract delivery model as a potential response to a post COVID-19 stimulus.
• Penlink (Hybrid Competitive Alliance).
Contractors will require 2A, 3A, and 4A prequalification levels.
Further information on the projects is provided in the attached advance notice.
Final tendering of the contracts will be by invitation to contractors registered through this Advanced Notice process and the tenders will not be re-advertised publicly.
