2326 - SH16/18 Existing Noise Wall Remediation

Details

1. NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) invites Registration of Interest (ROI) from pre-qualified and experienced contractors wishing to tender for the SH16/18 Existing Noise Wall Remediation. The ROI will be accepted from contractors that are prequalified to level 4A (Construction) and have experience in the delivery of physical works within the motorway environment.

2. The Works will primarily involve the construction of the following elements.
• The installation of new cladding material onto the existing face of four timber noise wall structures, as well as the installation of steel flashing over top of the existing capping rail;
• Construction of an earth bund; and
• The removal of three noise wall structures, including all foundations, posts and fixings.

3. This ROI involves submitting a single A4 page letter, in response to this advertisement, advising the individual company or consortia, and details of your assigned point of contact. 4. The submission of tenders for this contract will be by invitation to companies and consortia registered through this ROI process; the tender will not be re-advertised publicly.

5. The tender will close on Thursday 30 January 2020, and the contract is envisaged to be awarded before the end of February 2020, with the physical works completion by end of December 2020.
