NCTIR Accommodation Units Disposal

NZ Transport Agency invites Registration of Interest (ROI) from interested parties wishing to tender for multiple accommodation units and other assets, as defined in the Asset list, currently located in Kaikoura. These units and assets were procured for Contractor use during the NCTIR (North Canterbury Infrastructure Recovery) project.

Please refer to the accompanying information with this ROI.

We encourage interested parties to visit the site to inspect the units and other assets prior to registering their interest: - Any interested parties will be required to email the Kaikoura Village Manager to arrange a time for inspection in advance of attendance. Inspections will be by prior arrangement only.

Key elements of the procurement process will be the disconnection of services and transport to be organised by the Purchaser. It is envisaged that a number of contract agreements will be required as it is unlikely a purchaser will be found for all 75 units. All of the units and assets must be sold and removed from site by 01/04/2019.

After registration the Agency will in due course advise on further stages in the procurement process.

Please note due to GETS mandatory field requirements the price band on this ROI has been included but is to be disregarded. There is no current price band.
