Overview
The intention of this procurement initiative is to form a panel of Suppliers for the provision of Learning and Development services.
A two-stage tender process will be used, beginning with this Registration of Interest (ROI), then progressing to a closed Request for Proposal (RFP).
The requirement for these services has become necessary because New Zealand Post is investing more in building strategic capability to support transformation, as well as changing the learning ‘ecosystem’. This includes the implementation in 2016 of a Learning Management System (Totara hosted), the adoption of SharePoint and other collaborative tools such as Yammer.
