As a part pf NZ Police’s Maritime Strategy 2030, New Zealand Police (Police) is looking to procure services for the design and production of a marine vessel to replace their primary vessel for the Auckland Maritime Unit (AMU) – Deodar III. Deodar III is nearing the end of its life and will need to be replaced with a vessel with similar or comparable specifications including size and performance, as well as the ability to pass an initial survey for 5 years. It will be a 18.5m foil assisted catamaran suitable for ocean operation.
