Overview
New Zealand Police seek to assign a main contractor for the construction of Counties Manukau Weathertightness Project. Work invoices remediation to Staff Training Room within Hub 2 Link. Demolition works to ground floor exterior wall and joinery, membrane roof, parapet wall and terrace area. Remedial work to be carried out to repair water damage within Lower Ground Floor cells. Roof to be extended over Ground Floor Staff Training Room external terrace and new external wall with aluminium joinery.
