This advance Notice of Information (NOI) is to advise that the NZ Police, Fire and Emergency NZ, St John Ambulance and Wellington Free Ambulance intend to issue a joint Request for Information (RFI) on GETS on or around 16th May 2018 for the provision of an outsourced solution for:

• Next Generation Critical Communications services

Key background information is provided as part of this notification in the attached documents:
1. Concept Brief – key outcomes required from a business perspective;
2. Indicative Architecture – our understanding of some relevant technology aspects, delivery mechanisms, concepts and ideas to meet these outcomes.

Following the release of the RFI, a briefing to the market is scheduled to occur at 2pm on Tuesday 22 May 2018 at Level 15, Police National Headquarters, 180 Molesworth St.
We invite up to 3 participants from each organisation that plans to respond to the RFI to attend this briefing. Please register your interest by emailing your organisation name, the names and titles of your attendees and their email addresses to: tenders.national@police.govt.nz

Responses to the RFI are expected to be submitted late June 2018. Presentations and workshops may follow this.
