Lotto NZ are currently looking to the market for a dynamic support partner who can supercharge our marketing automation capabilities and propel us towards our vision of "combining customer data, technology, and creative to deliver a personalised on-brand experience across the digital customer journey".

Lotto NZ currently utilises Salesforce Marketing Cloud and this procurement is for a partner to support our use of this automation software. Our request is framed in two parts:

1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Support - a mandatory response requirement
2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Operational Support - an optional response only requirement.
