Lotto NZ Draw Machines

We are currently seeking a partner who can create draw machines which are exciting and fun to watch for our players, that are reliable and trustworthy and maintains our high brand integrity and public perception.
The object of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to invite qualified suppliers to submit a registration, which will lead to a shortlist of respondents who will be invited to submit a full proposal in a second stage Request for Proposal (RFP). These selected Suppliers will be selected on evaluations against the management and execution of manufacturing new Lotto machines, Balls and ongoing support/warranties.

Note:
* The ROI documents can be downloaded from GETS. Please ensure you have read and understood section 3.2 (Pre-conditions), we are unable to consider proposals that do not meet these criteria.
* Please register your intent to respond to this ROI by emailing our Point of Contact (procurement@lottonz.co.nz) by 07/08/2017. We will give you access to Databox for electronic delivery of your proposal.
* Please email your questions to our Point of Contact. As far as practically possible, answers to all questions will be published each Friday in the Addenda section.
* All sections contained in the Response Form will be evaluated. This includes information requests and optional sections.
* Pricing is not required for the ROI, but will be requested for the RFP stage of this multi-step procurement.
