Overview
The consumer tracker plays an important role in the overall market research programme, providing a longitudinal view of player perceptions and a monitor of our marketing programmes. We are now looking to refresh our Brand, Comms and Player Behaviour tracking research. The goal is to meet the changing needs of our business in the years ahead. There is an increasing need to access data and to integrate with other data sources.
