Overview

We have selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management to enable / support our Business Enablement programme, through a previous RFP process, preceding this RFP

Through this RFP, we’re seeking to engage a System Implementation (SI) Partner who can support PFR to achieve the following across our operational processes: 

a. Improved operational efficiency, effectiveness and profitability  
b. Enhanced data-informed decision making  
c. Streamlined business processes  
d. Scalability and flexibility 
e. Reduced technical debt 

The opportunity underlying in this RFP is for a System Implementation (SI) partner to help us deliver standardised and integrated best practice processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management across the following business functions:

1. Finance and Assets Accounting.
2. Procurement
3. Science portfolios, programmes and projects (lifecycle and management.)
4. HR
5. Customer Relationships and Sales / Services.
6. Intellectual Property and Royalty Management

Please note that the outputs and outcomes from this RFP process will form inputs into our business case for the programme and formal commercial arrangements
