On behalf of the New Zealand Defence Force, we request Wellington based main contractors to submit a lump sum fixed price tender for the refurbishment and services upgrade of the Joint Forces Headquarters as detailed in the enclosed documentation. The Joint Forces Headquarters Building based at Trentham Base/Camp, is required to undertake a refurbishment and services upgrade to Level 2 only. The scope of the fit out contract will be limited to plant infrastructure upgrade, the installation of new access flooring throughout the floor, internal partitions, specialist joinery, new ceiling grid and bracing to IL4 standards, bathroom and kitchen refurbishment, and feature fittings and finishes.
The existing level 2 floor has been decanted, and necessary demolition has been completed in preparation of the refurbishment and services upgrade work.
Contractors with all of Government security clearance is preferable.
