This Registration of Interest (ROI) seeks the interest of reputable organisations who can undertake the construction of the Health & Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) building and associated works within Burnham Military Camp (BHM). This project is part of a large programme of works being delivered by New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) over the next decade as part of the Defence Estate Regeneration Programme (DERP).

Through this ROI, NZDF intends to shortlist up to a maximum of THREE Respondents to participate in a closed, competitive RFT, which will be issued sometime in or around late 2023/early 2024.

The scope of the ROI (and subsequent RFT) extends to the provision of a Main Contractor for the Burnham Health and Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) under New Zealand Standard NZS 3910:2013 Conditions of Contract (Lump Sum) for building and civil engineering construction (with NZDF Special and Other Conditions).
