NPRT seeks to optimise its operations in a way that encourages strategic growth while maintaining operational excellence. Our search is for a methodology to place the organisation in a position where operations run on auto-pilot, so that the CEO can spend 80% or more of his time and energy ‘on the business’, rather than ‘in the business’. We are looking for management methods and feedback loops so that senior management knows objectives are being met, the job is done and they can maintain a forward focus. The senior management team needs to be able to respond effectively to the positive and negative feedback, and be able to communicate to the CEO that ‘all is in order’. The underlying methodology must be able to reduce performance risk, increase communication and manage behaviour, for the better of the organisation.
We are flexible about the solution but we require the respondent to specify:
• Inputs and information requirements required for the monitoring and control system proposed to work effectively
• The outputs from the proposed solution including reports and measures of success
• Any software systems required or involved in the solution.
