New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is in the process of developing an integrated transport response to meet the demands of future growth and address the identified key transport problems within the district up to 2050.
NPDC is seeking to appoint a supplier to develop the Programme Business Case (PBC) for NPDC which will demonstrate the need for transport investment and sets out a 30-year programme that will be support growth while support New Plymouth to be a sustainable, lifestyle capital. The PBC will be jointly developed with our key partners and stakeholders and will be informed by engagement with the community. Key partners in overseeing the development of the PBC include Waka Kotahi and Taranaki Regional Council, while stakeholders that may be interested in the outputs of the PBC.
