N4L invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) to provide wholesale internet services and/or Network Equipment (Next Generation Firewall including content filtering) to N4L’s Managed Network solution (MN3.0) nationally.
N4L seeks to confirm replacement Network Equipment and Internet service provision by mid-2024. This will provide the lead time necessary to replace current Network Equipment that is approaching end of service and ensure smooth cutover and continuity of N4L’s monitoring and support services for school internet connections.
The ROI is the first stage in a competitive procurement process that is expected to include:
● Registration of Interest (this ROI);
● Competitive dialogue (Dialogue); and
● Request for Proposal (RFP).
If you would like to attend our online supplier briefing session, to be held at 11am - 12pm (NZDT) 26 September 2023, please email our Point of Contact to register.
Following the evaluation of Registrations of Interest, shortlisted Respondents may be invited to either participate in a competitive dialogue process (Dialogue) that will then lead to a written Request for Proposals (RFP), or to proceed straight to a written RFP.
The structure and approach to the subsequent stages of the procurement process will be informed by the information obtained during each of the ROI, Dialogue, and RFP processes, as is relevant, and will be influenced based on what N4L deems viable and what makes most commercial sense.
Next steps and any changes within the previously advised settings, will be communicated to the Respondents who are still active in the procurement process at the relevant time.
This tender has been completed.
