Overview
Hopkinson Kelsall Team Architects in Greymouth is acting on behalf of NIWA and seeking interest from main contractors to construct a new 350m² office and storage facility at 5 Fairhall Road, Kaiata Park, Greymouth. The proposed facility comprises approx. 155m² of office/lab/workshop/staff facilities and 195m² of garage/storage space, with parking, driveway & perimeter fencing. Land has been purchased at Kaiata Park, Greymouth and the design of the building has been completed and we want to carry out construction in the 2nd half of 2016
Planned tender period is 2 May – 20 May 2016
