Napier City Council, has a significant programme of capital works and wishes to engage a preferred Consultant to provide Quantity Surveying - Cost Management Services to support infrastructure project, procurement and contract management processes.
The activities may encompass some or all of the following - Investment (business) case to design, submission of consents, tendering and construction, and includes the project close out phase i.e. defects liability period and the preparation of final accounts. The required activities will be project specific.
