This opportunity relates to the role of main contractor for the Napier Civic Precinct project.
The Napier Civic Precinct will be a place where visitors and the people of Napier/Ahuriri and surrounding areas can relax, learn, play, work, engage and connect. The project is the first step on this journey that will significantly impact and benefit current and future generations.
As main contractor on this project you will contribute to a significant legacy project for the city and help set the benchmark for future development in both the Napier Civic Precinct and wider Napier/Ahuriri. The objective of this ROI is to identify a shortlist of main contractors to progress to a Request for Tender.
We are seeking registrations from reputable construction companies to safely undertake construction of two new buildings (a library and the civic chambers), a public realm, and refurbishment and conversion of an existing building into officer accommodation.
IMPORTANT:
Supporting Documents - Please note that in addition to the documents released on GETS, there are range of supporting documents that provide essential background information about the project, enabling suppliers to respond effectively to this ROI (see Section 1.2 of Part 1)

Attendees must register by 5:00 p.m. 12 September 2024 (see Section 1.4 of Part 1).
