Overview
We are looking for an expert Demolition and Deconstruction team to deconstruct one of our high-profile public pieces of infrastructure to enable the construction of our new library and office accommodation.
The Library and Civic Administration buildings in Ahuriri / Napier were closed in 2017, after being classified as earthquake-prone. The services and functions of the library and council administration were relocated and spread across the surrounding area.
We are looking for mobilisation and completion of the works by the end of this calendar year to enable us to continue on with the construction programme.
