The contract is currently delivered by Nelmac Limited, a Council Controlled Trading Organisation (CCO). Nelson City Council is seeking to competitively tender the contract by issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) and genuinely welcomes proposals from experienced and capable contractors that may be able to demonstrate innovative and efficient work practices and can clearly demonstrate they have what it takes to deliver what’s important to us, as outlined below.

This contract has a maximum contract term of ten years (5+3+2 years), subject to contractor performance and New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) approval beyond the fifth year.
