The purpose of this ROI is to select a Development Partner or consortia that will invest in the development of Student Accommodation on Massey’s Wellington campus.
The University has campuses in Palmerston North, Albany (Auckland), and Wellington and consists of five colleges, Business, Creative Arts, Health, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Sciences, and its pathway and foundation programmes.
The Wellington campus currently services approximately 3,000 students and 400 staff. It is a destination campus for students of visual arts, design, music, communication and journalism, nursing and postgraduate psychology and public health.
The new Bachelor Degree in Commercial Music and other programmes within the College of Creative Arts faculty are expected to further increase enrolment levels. The University is committed to continuing to redevelop the Campus and facilities to support this growth.
