Overview
The University is seeking proposals from interested parties for:
1.Acquisition of the 13.8 hectare Oteha Rohe Precinct with short-term leaseback to the University to enable the withdrawal of operations. This area is situated in the Albany Basin in one of the fastest growing regions in New Zealand.
and/or
2.Investment in the development of new Albany Campus assets on the East and West Precincts. The University's long term aspiration is to develop up to 100,000m2 of additional building space over the next 20 to 40 years. The first stage will be an Innovation Sciences Complex offering 10,000sqm of teaching and research space.
