The purpose of this Call for Registration of Interest (ROI) is to seek registrations of interest from suitably qualified parties interested in working with Massey University in the design and planning of an Innovation Sciences Complex (ISC) on the Albany campus.
A short list of approximately three firms or consortia may then be asked to participate in an architectural design and ideas competition for an inspirational 4,000 – 5,000m2 first stage (catalyst) building project and associated initial master-planning for the proposed ISC.
The attached Call For Registrations of Interest invites New Zealand based architectural practices that can lead and partner with other specialist planners and designers from the global pool of expertise that exists in the development and design of innovation hubs and ecosystems. Details are provided in the ROI.
