Overview
This request for proposal (‘RFP’) is issued by Massey University (Massey). Massey invites proposals from suitably qualified contractors for the refurbishment of three existing student accommodation buildings on its Manawatu Campus, in accordance with this RFP.
This RFP consists of two separate contracts:
• Walter Dyer Refurbishment
• City and Egmont Courts
The proposer may tender for one or both contracts.
