Massey University is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations who want to partner with the University to realise the value of its 13.8 hectare Oteha Rohe Precinct. The area is situated in the Albany basin (Auckland North) in one of the fastest growing regions in the country. Options for this may include purchase or long lease of the land with a short-term leaseback of the buildings.
The University’s long-term aspiration is to develop a further 100,000-150,000 square metres of additional building space over the next 20-40 years on the other part of its campus, which is also located in Albany. It is also seeking expressions of interest for commercial options for this development.
