Overview
We are seeking consultants to provide comprehensive Engineering Services across multiple disciplines (as separate roles) of the Waiata House extension project:
• Electrical Engineers (including lighting and emergency lighting)
• Mechanical Engineers
• Hydraulic Engineers
• Fire Engineers (active and passive systems)
We are open to the same organisation filling all disciplines (bundled) but will consider these separately to ensure that the best supplier is appointed for each role. The Buyer maintains the flexibility to appoint multiple organisations if it results in clear advantages, ensuring that the procurement process remains adaptable, and outcome-focused.
