2) Maintenance of the facility.
The management contract is due to expire on 30 June 2025 and has been held by the current contractor since May
2017.
The purpose of this ROI is to select a shortlist of potential suppliers for MDC to perform the facility operator services
outlined in this ROI.
What we need
The purpose of this ROI is for Masterton District Council (MDC) to identify suppliers with the expertise to be the
facility operator who will deliver recreational services to the community at the Trust House Recreation Centre
You will be a credible supplier with demonstrated experience in delivering these types of services.
The contract term is to commence 1 July 2025 for 5 years and you will have the resources and capacity to deliver the
services in full.
What is important to us
MDC is looking for credible providers who have the capability, skills, and experience to deliver the services.
Suppliers need to have a good track record in the management of similar facilities.
It is important that the supplier can work with our key stakeholders and the public to deliver the services required to
manage the facility.
