Overview
Family Homes Renovations – Wellington
The Ministry of Social Development intends carrying out refurbishment of two existing residential homes located in the Wellington region.
Expressions of interest from MAIN CONTRACTORS of suitable experience are sought to act as builder, and to co-ordinate the trades and services noted in document attached to this notice. Parties are invited to register their interest to receive tender documents.
It is anticipated the tenders will be issued for pricing in April 2015, with works starting in June 2015. Project works are estimated to take approximately 14 - 16 weeks.
The two homes will be tendered as two separate contracts.
